Thus, why I spent the weekend dreaming up this delicious Maple Pecan Crunch recipe.
I'm a breakfast gal, through and through.
I'll take a plate of french toast over french fries any day.

Here's my quick go-to for when I'm feeling nostalgic for crunchy leaves and fluffy slipper mornings
Maple Pecan Crunch Oatmeal Recipe
1 cup of rolled oats
1 banana, chopped
1/2 cup of pecans
1 tablespoon of golden raisins
1 tablespoon of Thompsons seedless raisins
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon of honey
1/2 cup of coconut yogurt
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 cup of coconut milk
